Camera Permission

Our mobile application may request access to your device's camera. The camera is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Capturing photos or videos for service-related documentation (e.g., photographing equipment, project sites, or issues for support requests)
  • Scanning QR codes or barcodes when applicable to our Services
  • Uploading images directly within the application for communication with our team

What we do with camera data:

  • Photos and videos captured through our app are transmitted securely (via SSL/TLS encryption) to our servers only when you explicitly choose to upload or submit them.
  • Camera data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Services you have requested.
  • We do not access your camera in the background or when the app is not in active use.
  • We do not sell, share, or use camera-captured data for advertising or profiling purposes.
  • You may revoke camera permission at any time through your device's system settings. Revoking this permission may limit certain features of the application.

Other Device Permissions

Our application may also request the following permissions:

  • Storage / Files: To save or upload documents, images, and other files related to your service requests.
  • Internet / Network Access: Required for all core functionality, including data synchronization, sending requests, and receiving updates.
  • Notifications: To send you service updates, reminders, and other communications you have opted into.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
